What is included in a standard All Diamond Painting kit?
Each kit comes complete with a high-quality adhesive canvas, premium resin diamonds sorted by color, a diamond applicator tool, wax caddy, and a sorting tray.
How long does shipping take for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 7-14 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your kit leaves our warehouse.
What is the difference between Round and Square diamonds?
Round diamonds are generally easier for beginners to apply and leave small gaps for a cross-stitch look, while Square diamonds fit perfectly together for a full-coverage, mosaic-style finish.
What is your return policy if I am not satisfied?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If your kit is unused and in its original packaging, you can return it for a full refund or exchange.
What should I do if my kit is missing diamonds?
Don't worry! We offer 'Oops Insurance.' If you run out of a specific color or find missing drills, contact our support team and we will ship the replacements to you free of charge.
Are the canvases shipped folded or rolled?
To ensure a smooth crafting experience without creases, all of our canvases are professionally rolled around a foam core before shipping.
