At All Diamond Painting, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging and accessories included.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box to prevent processing delays.
Ship the Item
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
